Interactive Web Map
Residential Renovation Project Locator
A polished project map concept for browsing completed renovation work by neighborhood, with a project list that controls the map and expands selected project details.

Project context
This portfolio item demonstrates how an upscale residential renovation company could present completed work in a way that is more useful than a static gallery. The map pairs project geography with a browsable project list so visitors can understand where work has been completed and what kinds of projects were delivered.
Challenge
Renovation portfolios often show attractive project photos without enough spatial context. For a local service business, neighborhood familiarity, proximity, and examples from comparable communities can help prospective clients evaluate fit.
Approach
The standalone Leaflet map uses custom markers, a clean project list, and selected-project detail panels. The interface is designed for quick scanning: users can select a project from the list or the map, review the project summary, and keep geographic context visible.
Deliverables
- Standalone static web map
- Custom project markers and map popups
- Project list synchronized with the map
- Responsive layout suitable for portfolio use
Results
The result is an interactive sales-support map that gives a service business a more grounded way to present local project history and neighborhood coverage.
